1. Much discussion (preliminary) about logistics for shipping ESP to Hawaii in September Drifter Experiment. 
   1. Decisions:
      1. We will ship in a chilled cargo van with all reagents loaded here in CA; the van will be loaded directly on the Kilo Moana.
      2. Must get shipping prices for such a van, and
      3. What are power/plug requirements of K/M?
   2. Also may want to get air freight prices, just to compare.
   3. Mission to be downloaded before we ship instrument.
   4. Julie to begin thinking about the number of samples we will run, given mission length.
   5. Gene thinks 3 people would be ideal to monitor drifter, especially if ESP team is not pulled to do other work;  Julie doesn't think they will be, as Zehr and Church teams will be complete to do their own thing(s).  Current plan is Gene, Roman, Julie.
2. discussed how to adjust MOE's adaptive sampling strategy.  Chris P. has a plan for this 'trial' week.  She'll push down new mission tonight.
3. ESP-Bruce has left Chicago and should arrive @ WHOI Thursday.  Roman flies out tonight.
